    Simply the best airfryer I’ve owned.
    I had the power XL 8qt and liked it very much but the door handle broke. While I liked the XL I decided to give a basket style airfryer a try. After much research I found this arfryer to be rated in the top 5 of the five reviews I looked at. While the reviews were a huge factor in my purchase the Nu Wave was on sale at approximately 80% of retail. I’ve had this for about 6 months it is the best I’ve used. It’s very easy to clean, very versatile, the fastest cooking air fryers I’ve owned. The plug-in thermometer is handy, set a temp and it cooks to that temperature/ doneness. Once you get use to using the menu system it’s a set and forget it. There is much more to this airfryer then others just take the time to learn to use it properly. Of the 4 different brands I’ve used this airfryer beats them all for crisping.

    Great little oven, horrible support ( customer service)
    After reading all the reviews, I chose this nuwave brio. Many of the reviews said the lettering is disappearing from the unit but not a big deal because the company is so gracious and wonderful about fixing the problem. This has NOT BEEN my experience this far!! The lettering on my unit ( photos attached) began disappearing after 4 uses. Based on reviews I expected it and called Nuwave expecting the same generousity and hassle free fix. Nope! The customer service rep immediately blamed ME!! Saying that they recommend not touching it with wet fingers, not getting unit too hot, blah blah blah! When I told her I touched the chat button on their website a bubble popped up saying THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE with THEIR quality control she basically called me a liar and told me I had to send her a screenshot of that. She denied knowing anything about this issue. While I am sorely unimpressed and even insulted by this company I do like this air fryer. So far everything I have cooked in it has come out perfect. Chicken wings, Chicken legs, potato skins and French fries. I will continue using it and trying other recipes in it until I can no longer see the lettering at all. Really sad, such a great little oven that will soon be of no use at all if they dont fix it like they have others. I give it 5 stars because it only asked about the oven. If there were a choice for their support ( customer service) I would give it a zero

    A++ Air fryer
    First off I hardly ever right reviews whether the product is good or bad. But this air fryer is worth it. I use this air fryer every single day for one reason or another.The bad :Really only bad thing I could say are the wire trays are hard to clean at times due to their diamond pattern. Maybe be if it were a bunch of circles and slightly thicker material it could be better. But overall not that big of a deal. I use a stiff bristled brunch to get the job done.The good: Everything from the temperature probe to rotisserie option works fantastic. I have cooked a total 8 full Rotisserie chickens in the few months I have on this machine. Like I said I use it every day from cooking steak, chicken, rotisserie chicken, fish, to even heating up leftover food. I’m never disappointed. The viewing window is awesome along with the interior light. It’s really easy to look I. On the food to make sure it’s cooking properly because things will cook at a faster rate than an oven. I usually loser my temperatures according to regular recipes.Now you will see some negative comments about the door hinge. Yes it’s made of plastic and is half open. But this if for good reason. It makes it so simple to remove the door for proper clean of the door and insides of the air fryer. The change can’t support the full weight of the door. But I would not let the door fall under It’s own weight. I usually take the door off every time I take food out. It’s simple and I have to clean it either way. I usually use a damp sponge with a little soap to wipe up the viewing window while the door is slightly warm. And then follow up with a paper towel for removing all the soap suds and grease. That pretty much cleans up very nice.All in all it’s a very good air fryer compared to several others I have tried and you should be happy with your purchase.

    Best design in an air fryer!!
    Wow, what an air fryer! First of all, let me say that this is my second air fryer. I bought one 2 years ago, after many reviews from friends and family. I used it once and decided immediately that it was not for me. It was the typical drawer style where you have to open, shake and so on. I wondered who could cook that way, nothing about it appealed to me. Recently, I bought a cooking magazine that had many air frying recipes, thinking I would give it another try. I researched and found the NuWave Brio. I new immediately that this one might be a game changer. It arrived 2 days later, and it did not disappoint.My favorite thing about this model is that it has a very large capacity, many preset functions, a window that allows you to see your food as it cooks, and many other convenient features and accessories. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and have cooked ribeyes, pork chops, shishkabobs, buttermilk waffles, breakfast sausage, tortillas, corn on the cob, baked potatoes, shrimp skewers and so on. Everything has turned out delicious and cooked to perfection. I can’t imagine ever owning a basket style design where your food is mysteriously hidden from view. If you’ve never had an air fryer or if you’ve been using the basket stlye, you’ve gotta try the NuWave Brio, I think your going to love it as much as I do. Next, I’ll try cooking with the rotisserie! Can’t wait.

    Very pleased !
    I am just getting started with this air fryer but love it so far. The temp probe will be a huge help in getting my meats just right. Made chicken thighs using the temp probe and loved knowing when they were done but not over done. Crispy & juicy without having to check constantly. Much easier to clean than my last one that had a basket within a basket. I just pour out any grease and run soapy water in the basket while I eat.
