    She’s fast
Only have been using the Ninja Foodi for about a week, but it’s a great appliance! We do have a larger toaster oven that has a top and bottom element that are separately controllable, and we use it daily, but for toast, we want a dedicated toaster, and this is it! Two slices of plain bread take about 2 min plus, and they’re up! If anything, you might over cook it until you learn to use less time vs. other common toasters. Also, it’s a very handy small oven/broiler as well, and saves using the bigger oven or the big stove oven. For two people, it can cook enough food so we have plenty. We’ve done chicken nuggets, hot wings and paninis in the oven so far and it’s all turned out great. It does take up a bit more space than a conventional toaster, but for the overall performance & versatility, it’s worth it. I do recommend this appliance.

    Great for space saving
I initially bought this to replace my toaster oven; I was short on counter space. It’s a great little toaster… and reheats pizza to the point it tastes as good as it did from the day before! But it’s small, keep that in mind. Doubles as a toaster too. Now that I have more counter space I’ll reconsider getting a toaster oven because it doesn’t hold a lot.

    Best little machine ever.
This is so versatile and small. I bought it because my kids want to cook more for themselves, but aren’t ready for the oven. The long handle keeps them safe while they are learning how to maneuver hot things-with adult supervision. So far, we have cooked toast in normal mode-turned out fantastic! It’s large enough to toast a sub roll and if you use the bagel option only the inside will be toasted. Frozen waffles turned out soft inside, crispy outside. In the cooking mode we’ve made an egg, chicken fajitas made from 1 chicken breast, half a bell pepper and an onion(the pic is before I turned it on broil to get a char, it worked perfectly), regular baked chicken, cheese toast, quesadillas, and cinnamon toast. Everything we have tried has worked out great. Think of small things to cook. This isn’t large enough for baked potatoes, it could cook up some chopped red potatoes for one really well. Frozen things we baked were breaded shrimp and pizza rolls, both turned out fantastic. I have been lining the tray with foil so it stays nice longer. I’ll likely just cut a silicone mat to fit it for easy clean and use foil to make walls if it’s something that’s liquidy. I would not buy this if you want something to replace a normal sized toaster oven, it’s not meant for that. If you’re single, or want a way for your kids to be able to learn how to cook, this is a great option. If you like toasted subs this thing would be a game changer. Toast the sub in toaster mode, add ingredients, flip down and set to broil or bake. It could also be used to melt cheese on top of something like a burger patty or fries. The best part for me is it stands up to store so it takes up maybe 6″ longer space than a normal 2 slice toaster oven. I store the tray inside it so it works as a dust shield and keeps things from falling in it on accident. 10/10 for sure!

Ninja 2 in 1 toaster and toaster oven
Love this toaster. Toasts bread great. Found the perfect time for our toast. Also great as a toaster oven. Does a great job on heating/ cooking items. Controls are easy to follow and adjust to heat your toast, muffin, bagel etc. or to control the oven

Great for Pizza reheating, Eveything else it’s just OK. Pizza gets it the fourth star.
After putting off buying the Ninja Flip Toaster in part due to the price I got an offer for a refurbished item at a decent savings so thought I’d try it. I was skeptical due to some of the other reviews. My main reason for trying one was reheating Pizza which I generally did not eat Pizza as a left-over, warming a slice in a Microwave usually resulted in soggy slice of Pie – “No thanks!” I now look forward to having a left-over slice of Pizza. The Ninja excelled at this task and makes it worth getting use to it’s other shortfalls. It is also good for bagels and English Muffins. It’s not bad overall as toaster it’s just not great. First it’s a bit big and little clunky especially using on a counter top with little space. We have no room for this and a regular toaster. The multitasker utility is a plus but it is not as convenient to use at it might seem, it has to be pulled out for every use. It’s controls are not intuitive and there is a learning curve to it, in part due to its many options. Also beware when using it as a toaster oven it can get quite hot on the outside. It’s no harder to clean than a regular toaster and so far the tray is fairly easy to clean, but cleaning any toaster is a bit of pain. As long as it holds up long term, it will be worth the rather hefty price.

    Very versatile
This toaster is great for conventional breakfast, such as toast and bagels. It flips down and then I use it as a small toaster oven. It’s a nice way to say counter space.

  7. Thomas Hefner

More used than my actual oven
Great for toasting, broiling or otherwise reheating food. Can fit 2 slices of bread as a general guide to size. Heats fast.

    love this thing
I was very torn between this and the regular toaster that is widely reviewed as the best, the Breville “a bit more”. I also considered a toaster oven not for full cooking functionality but to be able to broil cheese or garlic butter on bread and reheat pizza. Ultimately I decided a real toaster oven was not necessary, would take up too much space, and might not be as good for regular toast. What made the decision for me was that I noticed a California prop 65 warning on the Breville toaster and after contacting them they still would not disclose which toxic chemicals are in the product. Ninja on the other hand is transparent and does not use any toxic nonstick chemicals in this product. I’m so happy that this tipped the scales in favor of the Ninja because now we can’t imagine not having the flip functionality. We use it all the time to melt cheese on bread, make nachos, and reheat things that would be too soggy in the microwave like pizza. It’s much much faster than using a regular oven for this purpose. For regular toast, the only downside is that I have noticed that the bread tends to burn slightly around the crust compared to the middle. But this is a minor issue and I love having one giant wide slot that can fit irregularly shaped artisan and homemade bread. The toaster feels well made and powerful and I’ve noticed that my bread is well toasted in under 2 minutes whereas my old toaster took closer to 4. Overall very happy with my purchase.

    Excelente tostador y horno

This flip toaster is great! I use it so much. Takes less space on the counter because of its flip up design. Genius! It toasts bread to perfection and has so many options. It works great as a toaster oven as well. Used to grill cheese on toast and even made little cupcake eggies with different ingredients. Best toaster/ oven purchase.I read complaints about the crumb tray not being easy to clean because it’s not removable. The reason for that is because it’s an oven also and can heat up to high temperatures, the tray acts as the back wall. If someone were to forget to put it back in it could potentially cause a fire on your back wall or damage. I just use a cloth and a mini vac to clean up the crumbs. No big deal. Also some people say the removable oven tray handle is loose. You have to really tighten it. It feels like you’re breaking it but you’re not. Definitely recommend this toaster.

This thing is fantastic best appliance I’ve ever owned.

  12. Ricardo

Me gusta sus dos funcionalidades, para tostar y para horno de cocinar, estoy muy contento con el producto

  13. Zabina

Love love this toaster. Don’t know why I waited so long to purchase this. It is better to buy this than spend money on $30, $40, $60 toasters which eventually end up either in the landfill or recycling. This toaster is fast, digital, so you can control how long you want your toast or bagel to take, defrosts bagels, cleans easily with a nice tray. And, when you flip it horizontally, you can place a toasting tray in it which can make cheese melts, heat up pizzas, just use your imagination and make dishes. Most importantly it does not get hot outside so no need to burn your hands. I swear by all NINJA products. Have 4 in my house. Thank you Ninja. If I didn’t have a cuisinart food processor (which is excellent), I would have purchased Ninja.
