    Have been waiting forever for this to go on sale so jumped on it when it was $70 off for Prime Day. It’s simple and elegant looking. I like that it has simple dials and figure that means there’s less to fail. Love the huge capacity.Things went down hill from there. I read the manual and plugged it in to preheat for dinner. The first negative was the high pitched whine the fan made but I figured maybe that would go away. I waited till it finished preheating and went to put dinner in it. The plug was burning hot and crusted over! Given other negative reviews of these things melting down I did not want to take a chance. Unplugged it, let it cool down and immediately boxed it up for return! I’m very disappointed but decided to try one more unit to see if that was a one off. I’m not hopeful but didn’t want to give up on it yet… Will update if the second one is better.

    Stupid hard to open, sent 1st on back, 2nd is the same
    Look, the features are simple. It’s expensive for what it is, expected well executed simplicity for the price. Wife could barely open 1st one, sent it back as none of reviews mentioned it. 2nd one is just as hard to open. Requires 2 hards to open. Stupid. Stabilize the main machine with one hand, then yank the drawer out. Unnecessary frustration. Have had this style before, that’s why we picked this one. Kills the “nice appliance” aspect. It’s twice as expensive as similar machines, expected better.
